Late last night, as we were putting the last of our things into our backpacks and carry-on bags, Mario decided to queue up a few episodes of Naruto. "Naruto? Are you practicing for Japan?" I asked. "You know, when we're speaking to the Japanese, there will be no subtitles to read..."
And now we wait, upstairs, since gate 88 of Trudeau Airport is downstairs and it's smelly down there. A quick hop to Detroit and then a rather longer jump across the ocean to Narita Airport, and we'll find ourselves in Tokyo, ready for another great adventure.
